Vomiting 22 hrs after near accident.

Hello Doctor, Me and my 11 month old were travelling by car for her doctor's appointment and almost met with a bad accident 4 days back. My baby was on my lap seated sideways and i was holding her under the arms securely. The driver slammed on the brakes hard as we were about to ram into another car and i was almost was tossed out of my seat while i was holding my baby. I held her tight under the arms but she too got a jerk while in my lap. Her doctor checked her 15 mins after the incident and said she seems fine. She was acting normal. The same day of the incident she didnt vomit but next day after feeding her banana milk, her first meal she vomited so i gave her a break and fed her the second meal. She vomited that too so i gave her Zofer syrup 2.5ml. Her vomiting ceased after the Zofer. The next day i didnt give her Zofer and she didnt vomit but she has been vomiting on alternate days. I am confused if it has something to do with the near bad accident we had where she had a jerk?
