Vomited in whole pregnancy

Asked for Male, 25 Years

My wife is 37 week pregnant , she vomited whole 9 month in pregnancy . I have done ultrasound and NT scan at 12 week everything was normal and also 8th month ultrasound everything was normal but abdominal circumference was 3 week behind and weight was 2.200kg at 34 week. She is vomiting even at third trimester is there any problem with baby ? Please help me i am really concerned?
