Suffering from vomit and loose motions since afternoon. Not eating anything. Please suggest any medical advise.

Is the vometing still continuing? How many episodes? Do you have abdominal cramps with loose motion? Most likely it seems a case of food poisoning. Take following medicines 1. Oflox-oz 1 tab 2 times a day for 3 days 2. Tab. Pantop-D 1 tab once a day for 3 days 3. Tab. Buscogast 1 tab 2 times a day. If you are having fever as well take P-500 tab 2-3 times a day
