Vomit, motions and fever. This case.

Hi doctors good afternoon . I am worried about my baby. He is passing stool  6-7 times a day with fall smell and liquid type sticky potty and sometimes he vomit too and motion together. And he gets fever also slight ly 99-100° twice a week. And first time ever today  he passed white liquid stool like hi vomits. I am giving him electral and zinc syrup but he refuse to drink water and he hardly drink 200 ml a day and not during water electoral. Now I am worried about his condition . still he is somehow active. Pls help me out. Urine count is 5-6 times a day . And generally his body specially feet and head remain warm. His weight is not increasing for past two months his birth weight was 3 kg and current is 10 kg . Help me out. Any test required No other symptoms He eats daal rice oats cerelac and mostly breastfeed. So please review this case.
