Vomit, fever, tachycardia
Yesterday, I've had a temperature of 38.5 degrees, in Celsius, and a headache, and a throat ache, I had completely lost my appetite yesterday, I ate only a small piece of chicken, and drank tea. I thought it was a flu, so I took some medication for flu. Today I have tachycardia(around 120), I don't have temperature, and I threw up(Gastric acid).

Hello there. I can understand your concern. What medicines did you take for the flu you thought you had. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before meals twice a day . And a tab. Dolo 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. If it still persists, you can start a online consultation with me so that I can take a detailed history and suggest you further. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
