My son is suffering from heavy loose motions and vomiting back 10 hrs wef 24 apr 2021 kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible

Give T ondem and wait for 10 min and then start ORS. Urgently consult a pediatricians nearby.

Start oral rehydration immediately, give him ORS , watch for signs of dehydration, dry mouth, sunken eyes, if present rush him to ER

He must be dehyrated. Please meet a pediatrician and admit the child. For vomiting you can give syrup Ondem 7.5ml once till you reach the hospital. Also electral ORS to drink.

He may require admission. Go to near by pediatrician for dehydration assessment and treatment.
