Hello dear
Volar ganglion cysts are common entities and are usually harmless.
Slight amount of pain on pressure is normal and it has no relation to radial artery.
I wouldn't warrant a surgical removal unless its much painful, increasing in size or is associated with numbness tingling in hand.
And even then , percutaneous aspiration is tried first. If it re occurs after two failed aspirations, surgical removal is to be considered.
