I have a speaking job that demands me to talk on phone while at work. But my voice seems changed over a year or so. I have been a smoker for 4 years now used marijuana everyday and also used to consume alcohol and hard drugs like coca*ne too. I left it all a few months back. Now I don't know whether it's all related but I get problems in remembering right word to speak at right times. Walking disbalance, and feeling of something constantly stuck in throat..specially after smoking cigarette now.

Please consult ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) specialist for advice on change in your voice and throat issue. Then depending on his findings, you may be asked to consult Neurologist for walking issue.
Best wishes.
