Hello,
My mother is suffering from vitiligo since last 10 years. We opted for homeopathy for almost 3 years and couldn't see any major improvements even though it did not spread further. Now since 2 years it is spreading and patches are becoming wider. She has also got new spots near eyebrows and lips. We opted for phototherapy twice but she got fever and also she is on Acitrom (Blood thinner). Please suggest which treatment would be best for her. Her major patches are on knees, waist and elbows and near palms

Hi there ...
Thank you for your clear and detailed history.
However, given your mum is on Acitrom and has had reactions to Phototherapy, the treatment suggestion will have to factor much more than this.
For starters, her age and other co-morbidities have not been mentioned.
Her personal preferences, social commitments and socioeconomic status all have to be factored in while suggesting this as you will understand it is a long term solution given the time frame already encountered.
