You need to consult a dermatologist who has phototherapy in his clinic and also does vitiligo surgery. Many sessions of phototherapy are needed to get back normal skin color. If no new white patches are seen in 6 months time, various types of vitiligo surgery can be done to get back the skin color. There is every chance of good results if you consult a dermatologist and stick to treatment for longer time.
