Good evening. First of all, ruxolitinib is a very very new drug and is recently approved by FDA for vitiligo. You may find it in select pharmacies in Delhi, chandigarh Or Mumbai where usually newer drugs reach first, this is my assumption and i can't say for sure. Secondly, whether you are eligible for treatment by this drug based on your age,extent of body involvement,previous treatment history,other options available in the market and financial situation for sustained usage, if at all prescribed, has to be considered, which can be determined by you consulting a dermatologist. Keeping that in mind, Vitiligo is an immune-mediated disease that can be unpredictable, making it particularly difficult to treat, be it any treatment
