Vitamine D deficiency
I am suffering from hair loss and short breath My vitamine D leave is not good in nov 2021 10.5 i take supplements in in April 2022 it was 75 and agai its down 45 what should i do plz suggest?

Your vitamin d level of 41.7 nmol/lt is equal to 16ng/dl is deficiency.Apart from 60000 iu sachets of vitamin d weekly once for at least 15 weeks,you should take calcium supplement daily for 2 months.Exposure to sunlight for 30 minutes a day in the morning,dairy products fish eggs are very rich source of vitamin d
