VitaminB12>2000; Postictal psychosis
Had chronic hyponatremia. On sept14 had two episodes of seizure in a day. Diabetic and hypertension problem. Diagnosis was metabolic encephalopathy. Had confused state for almost 3 weeks. Postitcal psychosis. In last week of august ,started having problem of urine retention and frequent urge for urination. With medicines urine problem is stable. Medications mentioned in profile. VitaminB12 has been greater than 2000 since two weeks. I am unable to understand the cause and what effects it can have.??
Till date normalcy has not been attained.
