I used to have a very lazy lifestyle, at age 27, I am obese and waist is 42, weight 100, Height 6 feet. I have decided to change my lifestyle completely into a healthy one.
I am doing 1 hr weight training and 1hr cardio and taking veg diet. Kindly suggest some supplement for vitamins for overall well being and no side effects and also suggest some must to have foods or supplement for best overall healthy life ahead. Thank-you 🙏
