Vitamin overdose supplement

Hi, i actually took optime high potency multivitamin for 3weeks. After that, i didnt feel weel and i got very small pimples all over my face and then i realized and stopped it completely. Will the overdose on my body will completely resolve or not, will the pimple go away or not, someone please tell me
