Vitamin D in pregnancy
Hello, how much vitamin D3 is save to use, a am pregnant for 17 weeks now. Can it be harmful for my baby if a use a higher dose than 400ui, (2500-3000)ui, since i am in.high risk of deficiancy, and curent level is 86(75-250 normal range).Calcium level is 2.1. Can high daily doses be bad, in any other way,for my baby, is level of vit d and calcium are optimal. Thank you very much for your answer!
