Please advice vitamin D supplement for 27 year old woman. I took vitamin D shots 4 times last in September n since then haven't taken any supplements for my deficiency.

Take vit d3 tabs weekly for atleast 8 weeks dosage is  600 IU ..get your vit d3 levels check ...

You can take once a week supplements for 8 weeks..Then can check your Vit D3 levels at end of 6 months..
