In my opinion u must go for the prescribed vitamin d supplement as normally this range must be around 75 that is considered to be a sufficient level for a normal body...u must go for the medication as prescribed and before stopping the medication kindly reconsult the doctor whether the medication has to be continued for some more time or not...get well soon...
Next Steps
Take vitamin d by exposing her skin when the sunrises...
Health Tips
Do not stop the medication on ur own
Consult the doctor regularly
Repeat the Blood test under the doctor's guidance

Usually kids have growing pains because of the open growth plates of the bones and specially around the knee. For a 3 year old, weekly sachet would be more better than daily. Vit D is just like other vitamins and the values have to be maintained, unfortunately its not available in any dietary supplements. So a yearly check and a vit D course should be done.
Hope this helps you.
Health Tips
early morning sunlight exposure is another source of vit D.
Hello.......Her hemoglobin is normal, A level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/mLis of vitamin D is considered normal... Her vitamin d is less, give her vitamin supplementation if it bounces back her complaints may subsides... Consult general physician in nearest hospital.
