I have vitamin d deficiency. It's 5.95 ng and I got medicine vitamin de capsules 60000iu d rise 60k. Please suggest me how I should take this capsule. Weekly once for four weeks is ok ?

its better if u take it with ur doctor advise...

if its 5.95 ..then u need to take single shot of vitamin d3 6 lac unit deep imtramuscular.. .then continue oral 60 k/week for 3 month... have sun exposure daily...atleast 15 to 30 mn thank u
