Vitamin D deficiency

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have got my blood test done as told by my dermatologist cz I was having severe hairfall which caused baldness.so my vitamin D is really low as per the reports.its only 9.1 And apart from vitamin D my uric acid level is 6.8 as per blood test. I wanted to ask wat can be the reason for this. And my doc has told meto take caldikind tablet .For how long can I take this tablet and and is vit d deficiency is the reason for my hair loss
