Doctor I am suffering from vitamin D deficiency.. My vitamin D level is 6.75.. What should I do? Is it severe problem or what should I do

Don't worry about it 80 percent of Indian females have deficiency of vit d. You can start on a suppliment of vit d3 like cap.uprise d3 once a week for 2 months. The best way to improving it is through diet and sunlight exposure. Diet rich in vit d are milk,egg, fish.

You need to take Vitamin D supplements. Your need to take 60,000IU every week for 12 weeks. Also sit in the sun, between 8-11 AM for 20minutes every few days. Both will help in improving your Vitamin D levels
