Sir i took uprise d3 60 k at 12.40 pm and i went to do excretion at 1.10 pm.So have my vitamin d tablet also got excreted .Should i take another one

The food or tablet that we consume, first goes to stomach where it's absorbed and then is passed down to intestines where it takes at least 3-4 hours for rest of it to get absorbed before it's excreted out of our system. No need to take another tablet.
