Vitamin C 1000 mg affects kidney?

Hi, I'm having proteinuria of 250mg (24 hrs urine protein) I'm taking Vitamin C 1000mg effervescent tablets daily for the skin pigmentation. Does it affects the kidney ? Thank you.
