Vitamin B12 dose
I have low levels of Ferritin .. my doctor recommended me Feroglobin which contains 10 ug of vitamin B12.. I do not have low levels of vitamin B12 and this medication contains an above normal dose of this vitamin . Is that ok ?

Hello. Vitamin B-complex are water soluble. Excessive quantity of vitamin B12,  if present in blood is water soluble & would be excreted in urine and no toxicity to the Body occurs. Regards.
