Age 23 Weight 110kg Height 5'11 Vegetarian I recently took my vitamin B12 test and result was 293 . Is this value really low? Should I start supplement if then which Or injection?

It’s not very low. Just on a lower side of normal range. As you’re a vegetarian there will be low vitamin b12 intake. You can take supplementation of proper dosage.

Yes u need supplement, but one major thing u had not mentioned in history is ur dietary habit r u a vegetarian or nonvegetarian since vegetarian diet has no vit b12 source which will help us in dicion on type of supplement.
