Hi sir or mam I have pain near tounge little bit may be burning sensation and vitamin b 12 is 77 / PL Ms before 2month back ..
But now also burning sensation near mouth little bit some time .
I taken before back neurobion forte tablet 1 month.
Can u suggest me some good syrup vitamin b and b 12 both combined plz..

Hi, you can start with Vidaylin syrup. 5ml once a day will be a balanced dose to start. Monthly monitoring of vit B levels along with clinical checkup is also advised
