Vitals after Covishield vaccination
Yesterday my Son 18 years had Covishield vaccination in afternoon and by evening he had Fever of 100.8 for which we are giving paracetamol to him now fever is 99.5.
His SYS is 137 DIA 52 Pulse 107 which is not normal as per our knowledge.
Please advise what action is recommended or it requires immediate medical visit.?
Otherwise he is normal and has no history of any kind.

Do not panic. Give him ORS and keep him hydrated. Check his bp after a few hours and if it stays the same high value, then a clinic visit is recommended.

Give him a sachet of ORS in 1ltr of water, after 30mins of that check the BP again . Keep giving him paracetamol twice a day for today atleast.
