Vit d3 toxicity
My vit d3 was 15.67 and i took uprise d3 60k capsule in the gap of 12 days...i only took 6 capsule of d3 60k but after taking 6th capsule of d3 60k i have been experiencing frequent urination more than usual and little bit more thirst and lower left side stomach pain but it is subsiding on its own...is it happening bcz of d3 toxicity???plz reply sir/mam

Check your vitamin d level.If it is increased above 100 ng ,it is hypervitaminosis D and the symptoms  of thirst , frequent urination and abdominal pain are related to increased calcium levels in your body because of the excess vitamin d. It will resolve on its own ,
