Visible dry forehead, dull skin

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have a very dull skin that often dries up and often gets greasy. Also, my forehead is visibly dry, which mean any makeup I do tend to make my skin look more dry. Any word on how I can get a help on this? I stay in Nagpur area any recommendation on which doctor should I go and see for this issue?
