Symptoms can develop within 14days sometimes maybe 21 days. Symptoms like fever,cough, respiratory distress,sore throat. Bt only confirmatory test is RT-PCR. symptoms doesn't signify confirmation of coronavirus infections.

Incubation period is from 2 days to 15 days, major signs are cough, fever, breathing difficulty and rarely diarrhoea, vomiting and loss of taste and smell. Most of the patient reported positive were asymptomatic carrier found out by contact tracing.
