I am feeling very low energy on the second day of snehpana with 60ml ghee in the morning.
I am confused for diet. What should I have in dinner if I feel hungry.

In northern India we prefer to advise Moong dal Chaawal Khichdi. In lunch and dinner both only have khichdi, you may add some vegetables there but don’t have potatoes. Continue to drink lukewarm water. If you are feeling Nausea then take smell of lemon.
