  3. Viral Fever with cold since 1 day. When?

Viral Fever with cold since 1 day
I am suffering with Viral Fever since last night with headache and light body pain. Occasional chills and minor nose congestion as well. I took crocin pain relief ( 550mg paracetamol + caffeine). As per natural process of Viral i am not expecting it be cured immediately. But just wanted ask if the tablet I am taking is right? Or you suggest any better over the counter tablet? Also how many tablets should i take in day and when? Thanks in advance.
