My son is having viral fever.. he is 13 years and 70 kg. Doctors recommend dolo650. Can he take it 4 times a day as fever is coming back after 6 hrs. Thanks

Yes he can take it after 6 hours but make sure he doesn't tk it empty stomach. But this is only symptomatic cure. Repeat his CBC n look for platelet count.it should not be dengue with platelets comming down.keep all parameters in mind.
