Take Tab Calpol 650 mg twice a day or sos for fever Tab Lukotas HD twice a day for 2 days then once at night for 3 days after food. Dispirin gargles( 1 tablet of Dispirin dissolved in 1 glass lukewarm water) three times a day Tab Pantocid DSR once early morning in empty stomach for 5 days. If fever persists start Antibiotic- Ceftum 500mg twice a day after food for 5 days.
