Fever since 10-09-2018. 11-09-2018: Highest fever: 104.6 TLC: 10,101 Platelets: 1.92 lakhs (CBC, DLC, LIVER FUNCTION, MP ANTIGEN- all normal) Medications: dolamide (every 6 hours), folane, multivitamins, lorfast meltab,sompraz 12-09-2018: Highest fever-103.8 Lowest fever- 100.6 Dolamide given 4 times , once every 6 hours 13-09-2018: Highest fever: 101.8 Lowest: 98.4 Dolamide given 2 times evening & night . 14-09-2018: . TLC: 3800 . *****Platelets: 37,000*** . Highest fever: 99.9 Lowest fever: 98.4 . Dolamide given once, evening . Is it dengue? Or the reduced fever signifies just viral fever? Why are the platelets so low, how can increase them asap? Should get admitted in the hospital? . Really weak , dark circles and rashes on cheeks, back pain and headache. Please help, really worried.
