Your itchy patch is under the hairline. So unlikely to be due to sun allergy. This is most likely to be a patch of eczema which gets brought on by stress. Apply Elocon cream twice daily for 1 week. It will settle down. But if your stress does not go away, it will recur. So start to sleep early and eat at regular intervals.
