Very worried I have colon cancer

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Past week I have had on and off pain on lower left stomach, I have had very tiny pieces of red in stool. After going poop today my lower left stomach was in a bit of pain and soreness. My stomach constantly is making very loud noises. Not sure but also black specs in stool. My stool is also very thin lately, and not a lot.
