PATIENT - 62 years, female. Height - 5 ft 2 inch.
CONDITION-hyperthyroidism, hypertension, CKD, Ovary Cyst, prediabetic.
SYMPTOM - weight loss by 10 kg in one year (from 58kg to 48 kg) else no symptoms at a physical level.
BIOCHEMISTRY-
alpha feto protein, ca 19-9, ca 125, mSpike, electrophoresis, ANA test all in normal range,
CBC normal except slightly lowered haemoglobin (11.6).
Cervical pap smear - normal
Mammography - normal
Carcino embryonic antigen- normal
Creatinine - 1.58
Serum
Beta HCG-4.38 (range 0-3).
Serum HE4-143 pmol/L
TVS PELVIS FINDINGS - (report attached please have a look)
1) small hypoechoic nodular lesion (0.45 x 0.61 cm) in posterior fundus
2) Thin endometrial fluid collection (3.9 mm thickness)
3) Benign left ovary (cyst size 2.99 x 4.45 x 5.35 cm)
4) Small simple right ovarian cyst (cyst size 0.66 x 0.84 cm).
I beg before you, some of you, please throw some light on the scenario.
