I hope it is visible. It is very light. Two questions. Is it dangerous? What can be the issue? Also, what home remedy can I do to cure it? Let me know please. It is there on the other cheek as well. But it is more visible on this one. Please tell me 1. Is it dangerous 2. What skin condition it is 3. How can I cure it without any steroids medicine

It could be an allergy but I need to see a clear picture of the white spots. White spots could occur due to various reasons fungal infection, vitamin deficiency etc., Hence kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation
Next Steps

Health Tips
Treatment requires regular follow ups and don’t apply the cream for a long duration without dermatologist follow up
