  4. Very thick stool. To solve this problem?

Very thick stool
I don't know why my stool is very thick .. it would be about 4 cm in diameter and had caused anal fissure . I drink a lot of water and vegetable but still having such stool. Please help how to solve this problem

It's very common to have bulky stool , with proper medicine and practices at the earlier stage u can avoid from getting hemorroids in future . So do consult a physician to get a proper advice
