Very large fibroid and pregnancy

I have a very large fibroid thats about 16cm and just found out I'm pregnant. If even possible what are the risks and complications for both the fetus and me if I decide to keep it?

It depends on location of fibroid.. Usually such a huge fibroid is usually sebserous in location.. If its subserous u cn continue the pregnancy ...but chances of pain , preterm labour ,abortion ,bleeding , discoordinate uterine action ,more chance of cesarean section.. Are association with ny fibroid.. Nd for the baby growth retardation cn occur..
