Very itchy back , elbows and knuckles

Asked for Male, 67 Years

I have been having itching on my back,elbows and knuckles since 2 months . I’m having atrocit 25mg once a day . There is no relief but worsening of situation .now I’m getting angry Red itchy patches . Please advise kindly
