Very high MCH
My symptoms are fatigue, back pain, burning urine,and mildly feverish.. so I did a haemogram and urine routine, everything is normal except MCH which is 263 , and normal range is 27-32. Please advise

Must be a typo. MHC of 263 is not possible physiologically/pathologically at all. Must be 26.3

The machine usually has a tiny print out (like a POS card swipe machine). Sometimes it had to be manually copied on to the computer and printed. Contact the lab and verify your MCH report S from that printout or in the machine’s memory
