Very heavy menstrual bleeding
1. Very heavy menstrual bleeding on the 2nd and 3rd day with a lot of thick blood clots which are very big in size. 2. Need to change pad every hour on 2nd and 3rd day of periods. 2. Extreme abdominal pain during 1st three days of periods. 3. Periods occur for 5-6 days always. 4. Feel exhausted, weak, lose appetite during periods.
