I had ultrasound it says pcod and enlarged ovaries I was on birth control pills for 3 months and the pain didn't go away when I left birth control pills I had same 😢 heavy flow and pain . Should I get an mri of pelvic region ? I have pain in my left hip as well and pain in the left side upper abdomen . I wonder if I have endometriosis? Haemoglobin is normal. Blood count normal. Many questions regarding the pattern of your cycles and the ultrasound findings. On which day of the period the sonography scan was done and what was the Endometrial thickness? Are you married? A laparoscopic evaluation may be worthwhile.

Ultrasound is enough for detecting endometriosis. If you're married, get a TVS done. Also connect online for detailed history
