Very dark chin (Not allergy)
Hi, My mother is having a very dark pigmented chin from the past 10 years. (She also has dark underarms, a little on neck but nothing on legs). We have tried multiple treatments from doctor which included creams and chemical peelings. Chemical peelings did help her a bit but it didn't remain permanent. We have not tried any treatment from past 2 years other than creams recommend by Dermatologists. We are considering cosmetic surgery as well. She feels mentally strained with it and we are looking for any measure to help with it. I am not sure what will be the best way to proceed. Any suggestions on what steps to take would be helpful. Thanks

With Her age in mind you should consult with a Dermatologist in person.

Hello dear. This looks like LPP. Go for laser treatment as creams and gels won't help much. Consult online for a detailed prescription
