Vertigo like problem
Last night my head was spinning for around half an hour and was feeling nausea. So i took a tablet Vertin 16mg. I felt better but had mild headache the next day. What should I do?

U need general physical examination with detail history and investigation mean while check what type of pillow u r using ? Normally if u sleep on sides u need pillow thickness equal to length of ur neck and shoulder joint and icon back it should not be 2 “ approx , it means no strain on neck ALWAYS MAINTAIN POSTURE WHICH ISNATURAL GOD HAS MADE.

We need detailed history. Is the vertigo only associated with movement of head? or is it associated with deafness, fullness in ears, tinnitus etc? any other associated features ?
