Vertigo Imbalance
Can someone kindly elaborate these reports, patient feeling vertigo symptoms like imbalance while walking or turning head but not spinning, no vomiting or nausea. Symptoms started for 4-5 days after excessive sweating while doing house chores earlier. So the doctor suggested these tests.

Hall pike test is positive,  which indicates benign positional vertigo. It is a benign, treatable condition.

When a patient reports a sense of 'imbalance' rather than a 'spinning' sensation—especially after excessive sweating—we must consider Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) or Labyrinthitis triggered by electrolyte shifts. Since there is no nausea or vomiting, this is likely a peripheral vestibular issue where the inner ear's balance signals are temporarily 'mismatched' due to the previous physical strain and fluid loss."
Next Steps
For the next 2 days, avoid sudden head turns or looking up/down quickly, as this can trigger the 'imbalance waves.'
Health Tips
DO CONNECT AND CONSULT WITH ME FOR BETTER TREATMENT PLAN AND ADVICE...... your body likely lost its 'internal balance fluid' during that heavy housework. Please book a consultation so we can review your electrolyte levels and perform a simple physical maneuver to reset your inner ear balance."
