Vertigo episode
Had vertigo feeling sometime ago. It contined for 20 mins. Later Dr suggested virtin and i was normal. Concerned about this in future.can it happen again? I felt it again for a few seconds when a car hit the car I was in and I felt it for few seconds and was fine later. Should I be worried? Is it related to brain or just because of posture or jerk?

There can be brain or ear causes for vertigo. Vertin is a good medicine but if the cause is not understood it might get worse. You need to get a plain MRI of the brain and a check up from an ENT specialist. If both are normal then you don't need to worry about a serious cause and you can continue on mild occasional medicines

Very true it maybe posture or sudden jerk. Most cases resolve but if u have neck issues then may need evaluation. Thanks
