Vertigo 76 year old male
My grandfather is 76 years old. He is a known case of hypertension and takes Aten 25mg and from a month he is taking Ecosprin.
Four years ago he had first episode of vertigo, he was advised to take medication for few days and recovered.
But from 1 month he is having more episodes of vertigo and dizziness, was advised to take Vertin 8 mg and Vertin 16 mg.
He stays in the village and his doctor advised him a CT scan of the brain. I am attaching the report.
Can you please consult on the report and please advise on what should be done for his relief.

Vertigo in old age may be related to cervical spondylosis, vestibular neuritis, or as a side effect to some medicines. The CT scan report is fine. Other effective medicines including Cinnarizine are also available for vertigo treatment.
